Error message

Every time I try to open my on line bank account and try to sign in I get a
error message asking if I want to send to Microsoft or do not send and which
ever I choose the programme dissapears. I never had this problem before I
upgraded to XP.

Can anyone help please.

You need to be a /little/ more explicit. What program are you using? IE?
What version? Firefox? What EXACTLY does the error message say?
