error message

When I log on to my profile, I get a pop up box that
says, windows script host, script: c\program
files\support\client\server\server.com vbs
line 1
char 3
error invalid character
code 800a0408
source microsoft VB script compilation error.
i do not know what it means nor do i know how to fix it.
please help.

Hi Susan,

The path is giving you exactly where the vbs script is installed. Either
contact the party (server.com) that says you are needing to run it and let
them know there is a script error or simply remove it. It isn't working
anyway.
