error message

I ran the Windows update and patch a couple of days ago,
and since then I get an error pop up when I start my
computer that say "i guess its a good thing you ran me..."

I am also getting an error that is labled cBotNic Has any
one else seen this no what it is?

You've picked up some Internet "spies", they are

harmless but are annoying. Make sure you have a good
Anti-virus program running such as Norton or McAfee.
Highly, recommend you go to below website and download
either Spybot or Ad-Aware (they are free) and run them to
delete your annoyances immediately:
