Error message

My IP is Peoplepc. Whenever I log off the internet I get
an error message;
Smart Dialer has encountered a problem and needs to close
etc.
Error Signature
AppName dialer.exe
AppVer 5.3.3.31
ModName ntdll.dll
ModVer 5.1.2600.1106
Offset 00001ce1
I have contacted Peoplepc tech support and the only
advice I could get is to reinstall their Dialer which I
have done about ten times. Another tech support person
told me to reinstall Windows which I am not prepared to
do. I have scanned my Windows system with Norton
Windoctor and my system checks out perfectly. What could
possibly be causing this error message?

Try clearing out spyware, which won't generally be flagged by Norton.
Scan with Spybot S&D (www.security.kolla.de) and/or Ad-aware from
Lavasoft.
