Hi - I am running Windows XP and I keep getting the
following Parser Message: value creation failed " at line
30. If I click on the message about six times it
dissapears and I get a User Logon box wich will allow me
to gain access to my desktop. However after this I am
unable to shutdown or logoff the computer either from the
Start menu or from the Task Manager. The only option is
to turn the computer off. I then get the same Parser
message when I try to re-start the computer. I've re-
installed Windows but this hasn't cured the problem. The
problem seems to happen when I've been away from the
computer for a while and I'm thinking it may be related
to the ScreenSaver cutting in ? Any ideas anyone ?
