Is there anyone who can tell me what this error message
means and how to fix it;

RUNDLL
ERROR Loading C:\windows\system 32\msiefr40.dll
This spcified module could not be found.


I have windows XP and it started about a week ago.

This is a Spyware parasite.

You have some spyware on the system. Recommend you get one or both of the
