Error Message

Hi,
Occasionally like every 8th or 10th time the computer boots up I get a
BSOD with the following error code:
***STOP: 0X0000008E(0XC0000002,0X80533EC6,0X9E4FD570,0X00000000)
I know that the computer is virus free. I suspect that the registry got
corrupted.

Do any of you have any idea where to look I did search MS's Knowledge
base but, it was of little or no help.

Since you say it doesn't happen every time, I'd do some hardware
diagnosis.
