Error message

I have a message that reads Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1
\Common~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll about every 2 mins. and
doesnt stop. What can it be?

Ad-Aware and SpyBotcan be found on Google. Use both.
Update and run daily.
