When I try to publish from Front Page ,the transfer
begins and then the following error message appears

WinINet error (12111)

What does this mean and how do I circumvent it ?

Thanks
John

FrontPage uses quite a few settings that can be set via IE. Like the Proxy settings, for example. Authentication is done thru
WinInet, which is set via IE. For security reasons, it is important that FrontPage respect your WinInet settings.

In IE
Click on Tools > Internet Options > Security
Click on 'Trusted Site' - Sites and add your URL to the trusted zone
(you may need to turn the use https only option)
Then Click on 'Custom Level' for the 'Trusted Site' zone
Select the choice at the bottom to 'Automatic logon with current username and password'
OK
OK
Try again.
