Error Message with new email Account. Any help please?

Such a message usually means you have entered the wrong server name. Ask
your
internet provider for their instructions for setting up to use email - such
instructions will include the correct server names.
 
That error message is accurate. There is no server named mail.myorderdesk.com.
Go back to whoever gave you that information since it is not correct.

The correct server name is mailhost.myorderdesk.com
