Error Message Windows XP

I have a dell system computer with windows XP. When I log
off I get this message each time: "winnet.exe - DLL
Initialization Failed" "X" (The application failed to
intialize because the sindow station is shutting down.)
Is there anyway I can get this from happening? Please
help.

First of all winnet.exe is something you do not want. It's spyware. Get
rid of winnet and you get rid of your error message. Go here for details on

to "CommonName/Winnet".
