error message windows XP

sometimes when i exit out of a site i guess this error message. if i try to
close the window it keeps popping up on my screen. the only way i can shut
down is to turn it off from the hard drive. this is what it says.

an error has occured. something to do with a ref. memory 0X7C9105F8
