I do not know what is causing this issue. It happened a
few days ago I restart the computer and all of a sudden
I'm receiving all these popups saying "Windows - Delay
Write Failed" and it has a address of a folder or file on
my computer and they just keep popping up and I have to
close them and it makes me unable to open anything or
close anything and after 10 minutes I finally got the shut
down computer to work and the computer restarted but some
program ran which never runs that checks the computer for
efficiency or something and it fixed the problem and
restarted with no more popup failures.

But just a minute ago I restarted it for the first
time since then and it restarted with those popups again
of delay write failed and like listing all the folders on
my computer that says it can not save the date please
select another location. I dont know what the heck is
going on. Does anyone know what all this is and how to
fix it??? thanks

You may be experiencing the first stages of hard disk
failure. Note the locations having problems, and avoid
them. Then run a full check of that partition, using the
Tools tab in the properties of the drive letter node in
Explorer.

I fixed my solution. It turns out I had a virus that
created a file called System32.exe in the system32
folder. This is not supposed to be there this file was
creating popups like crazy when I restarted computer and
making me think I needed to reinstall my whole computer
data. Fortunately somehow it finally got through to the
desktop after only one popup and I was able to delete this
system 32 by deleting something in regedit under the
software/windows nt part... cant remember exactly what but
if anyone else has this problem its easy to fix it. Your
simply deleting something in regedit. Look it up if you
have the same problem
