Are you (and he) clear about the difference between memory and disk space?

Is Virtual Memory set to let Windows handle it?

I know where to find out how much disk space there is, but not sure about the
virtual memory.

How do I change the setting for the virtual memory to know if it is set to
handle it?

Right click My Computer and choose Properties.
On the Advanced tab click Settings in Performance.
On the (new) Advanced tab click Change in Virtual memory.
Select System managed memory and click Set.
OK you way back out.

Thank you so very much! I will let him know.

Often computers confuse memory with hard drive storage space. Often
peopl confuse the term "download" with "install". More details required.
