error message when trying to download drivers for keyboard & mouse

Help!
Trying to download drivers for my keyboard and mouse from Microsoft
hardware site and keep getting the following message:
"HTTP Error 403- Forbidden "
Internet Explorer
My keyboard is a Microsoft: Internet Pro
My mouse is a Microsoft : Optical USB and Ps/2 compatible
Need help solving this , when I get to the click the download button instead
of starting the download I get the error message .
