First off, not sure if this is correct group to address
this to, but I need HELP!
I keep getting the following url when I try to login to
(example: verizon site to check my account).
res://C:\windows\system32
\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm#https://www.verizon...etc.
Now, I have been able to go in here before, and all of a
sudden now I am getting Page Cannot Be Displayed, Cannot
find server, DNS error

What is going on? Any solution on how to fix this?
Anytime I try to log into a site, before I can even enter
name and password, I get the same error Page cannot be
displayed. It's not allowing me to even enter my
information. I am not sure if my daughter changed some
settings here, I have used aol auto fix, reset my web
settings (explorer), etc. HELP PLEASE!!!

You may have spyware interrupting your internet explorer.
This happens with downloads from the internet. To remove
these interrupting villains go to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php?showtopic=227,
follow the instructions there. Just running spybot will
clean up much of your problems. Be patient if you need
further follow up there

to get spybot . Run it. Click ok for legal stuff. Click
Check for problems That will check your registry for
internet interrupters and run awhile. When its done Click
fix errors. Theres a backup for all you fix so that if
there is something you need to restore back, go can
restore it. It will fix most entries except those running
in memory and ask if it be schedule at next boot up -
reply yes. Next time you boot up it will fix the
remaining problems.

You may have spyware interrupting your internet
explorer. This happens when you download free software
from the internet. Its free because they want to track
where you go on the internet so they can send popups ads
to you. Sometimes they will interrupt where you want to
go as in your case.
Download this and get help as thousands of other
frustrated internet users
