Error Message When Emptying Delete Box

I have my email set to automatically delete email messages when I close down
Windows Mail. Last week I noticed that they were not deleting. I can delete
some of them, but then I get "An error has occured" message. I have been
able to delete some of the messages, but there are over 150 messages now
accumulated. I went to the community site, and tried to get the KB941090
update but it said it was not compatible with my system. Now what?

Did you try both the 32-bit version of it and the 64-bit version? The one
that doesn't fit your version of Vista will just refuse to install, but the
other
version should install.
