I receive an error message when trying to download a printer driver update
through thelexmark website. It reads "this is not a valid Win32 application."
But right before it does that, a pop-up Box from internet explorer appears
and asks if I really want to run this program because the program is not
issued by a licensed company. Any suggestions?

What is the URL for the file you are trying to download? There are
still many devices which Vista doesn't yet support. Are you certain
the driver is Vista-ready?

I have exactly the same problem, I already asked lexmark support, but no help
from their side.

Hi,
You might try letting Vista do the driver update from within the Device
Manager. Go to the Control Panel, then double click on the Device Manager.
Find your printer in the list and select it with your cursor, and then
right-click and select 'Update Driver'.

This may not work, but I'd say it's certainly worth a try and can't hurt
doing so. Good Luck, Frank
