error message; "unable to find component"

I loaded a game off of a cd and when I entered program to play, the following message appeared
"JSAKG.exe unable to find component"; in the error box it showed SHW32.dll. What is this???

Shw32.dll is a DLL file. Not a standard Windows file but a Google search
brings up results for several different products.

What is jsakg.exe? Is that the game executable? It is looking for a
subroutine in the shw32.dll file but cannot find the file or the file that
you have is not a version that supports the call the program wants to make.
Most programs that rely on supplemental DLLs will include them in their
setup programs. Sounds like this may be an software issue with the game
you're trying to install. Suggest contacting tech support for the game or
checking their online support pages for more information.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have to admit, I'm not very computer savvy. When I went into this I couldn't figure out where to go. The game is "Jumpstart Kindergarten". This game played fine on my computer; then we had a worm and had the system reloaded and now it won't run. If you could elaborate on this I'd appreciate it....thanks in advance.
