Hello.
When trying to import .pst files from my old office
computer to my current computer, I had no issues until I
tried to add my personal folder, which I've had for
years. Now when I try importing this filder, I get the
error: The file <filename> is not compatible with this
version of the Personal Folders information service.
Contact your administrator.
I've tried following the KB instructions of this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;839109
When I try to go into the Data Management function under
the File menu, as the KB article instructs, I dont see an
option for "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File
(PST)."It only prompts me to add .pst files.
Am I screwed because I only have Outlook 2002, have I
done something wrong or do I just have a corrupt file?
It still shows 303,569KB when I select properties on the
file, so SOMETHING's there
Thanks for any assistance you may be able to provide!
