Hi, could be Sasser virus
Check this site:

to stop shutdown
Start, select Run and type: shutdown -a

Hi,

This does look like Sasser. Here are the steps to remove the virus.

Connect to the internet
When you get the shut down box click on start run and in the run box type in shutdown /a and click okay this will abort the shutdown process
Go to www.microsoft.com/sasse
Here you will get the removal tool and you need to downlaod the patch MS04-01
