error message "system32..."

I am all of sudden getting the following error message
"An exception occurred while trying to run
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BIIEIN.DLL, DOWNLOAD"

What do I have to do?

It looks like a command line and suggests that a program is using some
instructions contained in BIIEN.DLL to download something. "What" is to be
downloaded is anybody's guess as I cannot find anything on that file name.

May want to try an online scan for parasites:
http://www.aumha.org/a/noads.htm

There are also links on that page leading to doxdesk.com, a site well-known
for documenting various parasites and their removal. Another good resource
site: http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/

There is a slight chance that this is a legitimate file. Locate it in your
System32 folder. Check its properties to see if the Version info supplies
any clues about where the file came from or what it belongs to.
