ERROR MESSAGE SAS PROXY

i cant browse at all anymore because i only get this
message at all sites i try to go to "you have tried to
access a page that you are not authorized to display and
were stopped by the SAS proxy."

i deleted ie 5 then downloaded ie 6.0 still the same no
clues on what to do next virus scan says all is ok

This worked for one user on this forum.

Click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then the CONNECTIONS tab, then select
LAN SETTINGS, UNCHECK the box that says USE A PROXY SERVER. Click OK, click
OK, close your IE, and re-open
