Error message "runtime error 200 at 0774:0091"

I am trying to install some old programs that I had
running on an old win95 system onto my winXP. I keep
getting the message "runtime error 200 at 0774:0091". can
anyone tell me if there is a way to get these installed?
I am installing off floppy disks.
 
Hi,

Are you trying to install them using the Program Compatibility Wizard? If
not, you should, check under start/all programs/accessories. You may find
that some older software simply will not run in WinXP. This could be due to
incompatiblities, or lack of file support, or the program may require direct
hardware access (not uncommon in Win95 but still a possibility). For those
issues, you may want to check with the program vendor (if such still exists)
for any workarounds, patches, or available upgrades.

Type the name of the program into google along with 'windows XP'. You'll
probably get some info saying if they can be run under XP and if so, how.
