Error message regarding Word being my email editor

I have Microsoft 2003 Word and Outlook on my computer and up until today they
both worked fine. However, now when I go to reply to a message, I get an
error message saying that Word is unavailable or installed incorrectly and
that I can only use HTML format to respond. I have already gone to the
control panel and repaired Microsoft Office. I don't know what else to do to
get these programs to work together.

Can you open WORD correctly separately?not with Outlook
