I am still getting an error message that says that my host server pop3 is not
set up correctly or invalid. What should I do to correct this error? It is
annoying and preventing me from sending out message that are important to my
clients.

"POP3" is not a valid mail server name. You must obtain the correct server
names from your mail provider. They will have a web page with that information.
Alternatively, tell us who your mail provider is, and we can look up the settings
for you.

This the error message I keep getting each time I want to send a message in
the outbox.

The host 'pop3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'Home Mail Account', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995,
