Error message re: trial version of Delphi

At about 11:oo this morning, I clicked on Internet explorer and received the error " This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi. The trial has expired." OK is the only option to close the error box. I could not access windows explorer or control panel, but outlook runs okay from the taskbar. When I changed the date to yesterday, everything works fine
Any ideas???
