I recently reinstalled WIndows XP Pro - everything is
listed in Device Manager with no question marks. Then I
connected a parallel port Zip Drive (which had been
working the first time I installed WinXP Pro) and received
the following error message after having logged in:
Error
!!! Query Dos Device failed.
The data area passed to a system call is too small.
Using the Help/Support features in Windows I managed to
narrow down the culprit in the Systems tab of MSCONFIG
to "Plug and Play". What do I do now? - is there an
update or fix for this error?
