error message prompting when I open my Outlook 2000

When I open my Outlook 2000 with SP3, a error message will prompting as {The
add-in "C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec AntiVirus..."
could not be intalled or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect
and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Progrm
Files\Symantec_Client_Securit...". You may be out of memory, out of system
resources, or missing a .dll file."}
I had try to use Detect and Repair feature in Outlook to recover the problem
but seem it doesn't work at all. Hope someone can give me some advise.

I just updated the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition from 8.1 to 9.0 in my
win pro laptop and after than the problem appear.
