This window has been popping up on me for a couple of days now. Does anyone
know what it means?

I get a spam window telling me I have won a free laptop...just give us all
your info...
I would do a malware/spyware/virus scan immediately.

I see why it didn't open for me. conversion.cpvfeed.com is blocked by my
HOSTS file.

Hi,

I had the EXACT same issue and discovered two ways out of it. One way is
the using Host blocking which has already been mentioned by Wesley. Details
about Host blocking can be found at web address:
http://accs-net.com/hosts/what_is_hosts.html

The solution that I implemented was to disable a browser add-on in Internet
Explorer. In Internet Explorer select the "Tools" menu, then the "Manage
Add-ons.." menu item. A window will pop-up listing browser add-ons. There
was one browser add-on that could not be identified so it was disabled:
"atrsnt.dll". Select "atrsnt.dll", the "Disable" radio button, and then the
"OK" button. Since "atrsnt.dll" was disabled, the cpvfeed pop-up windows are
gone. My next step is to find and destroy the "atrsnt.dll"! I am happy a
solution was found but very unhappy that these people have not yet been
arrested for "pushing" unwanted software on user's computers: It should be
illegal if not already!

Thanks,
Jeff
