Error Message please someone help

Whenever I attempt to respond to an email I get the following error message:

Outlook Duplicate Items Remover
Object Variable or with block variable not set.
91 Procedure: Errorin clsContactInsp.CreateSharingMenu

Please I would appreciate help with this. Thank you so much.
 
Have you tried removing the addin? Not 100% sure but I think "Outlook
Duplicate Items Remover" is a third-party addin.
