error message please help

i dont know why i keep getting these error message's on
almost every site i go into
is it my pc or internet ?

please help im running into a brick wall ?

An unwelcomed intruder may be residing in your PC. First thing...
Use Windows FIND tool to locate the file named, simply, HOSTS (no
extension). Rename it to HOSTS.BAK and see if that helps.
