Error Message on Startup

I get the following message on start up

E_srcv03.exe

The procedure entry point Get Process Flags could not be
located int the dynamic link library Kernal32.dll

What needs to happen to get this fixed?

Go to Start/Search and search the hard drive for this file. When found,
right clcik the file and select Properties/Version Tab. See if this shows
information on what program the file is associated with.

This may come from your Epson Status Monitor. You can disable it from
starting up by using msconfig.
