Error message on startup

Whenever I start Outlook I get the following message. I can delete it and go
on without a problem, but it is annoying. How can I get rid of it.
The add-in "c:\progra~1/mcafee.com\vso\vsolplg.dll" could not be installed
or loaded." I tried to resolve it by using Detect and Repair on the Help
menu, but that does not get rid of it.
Help!!
 
Looks like a message from your antivirus, I would check there first to see
what can be resolved.
 
If you can't get an answer out of McAfee I would suggest uninstalling it and
trying Norton (www.symantec.com) because perhaps you are not getting
antivirus protection with emails which would probably be where you are most
volnerable.
