Error message on start-up

When I start up my computer I get an error message that reads: E60Cmmon.dll

The message states that this application is missing. How can I remedy this
situation?

Hi Tricia,
First scan your computer for malwares and viruses, what happend to make this
Error occur?.

Are you doing a new installation for Earthlink or upgrade?.
Do you have the Earthlink CD software copy handy with you?.
If all clean go to your RUN command and type: msconfig click [OK] and on
the System configuration click on start up Tab and unselect the Earthlink
parental control or any connect with security with earthlink then click OK to
confirm your changes and Reboot your machine, do you have the Error message?.

Sorry don't have an answer for you but it may help if you speak
to Earthlink regarding this, I am not familiar with their service [
different country]
