Error message on start-up "tlib_log.dll"

On startup I get the following error message:

"The application failed to start because tlib_log.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Any ideas?

"tlib_log.dll" does not belong to WinXP. Google hits refer to either Sony-
Ericsson mobile phone software or malware. Not a Windows issue anyway.
