error message on start up menu screen

When I start up my comuter there is an error that reads microsoft. net
frameworks,
an unhandled exception has ocurred in your application. object references
not set an instance often object . then when i read the error it says
something about JIT debugging. Can someone please help me get this off of
my computer .. thank you cindy from alaska
