Error Message on boot-up

Following message occurs:

"Error loading NvQTwk. The specified module could not be
found" This is evidently a DLL. What is its function? How
do I find or replace?

Reinstall the driver for your nVidia video card.

In future, to understand the meaning of entries in your startup list or Task
Manager, search the Internet for 'startup applications' (without the quotes,
of course.) Here is an example of what you'll find:
