I've connected my new machine to the network, and I've tried accessing the
folders in the "My Network" area that are on my old machine when I get this
message to appear in the dialog box: "'Computer name' 'Folder' is not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you access
permissions.

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

Any ideas on what can be done to access my old machine? I get this message
using any machine on the network.

Assuming you correctly joined the new machine to the LAN [sharing etc],
check the Windows /any firewall you have installed.
