Sounds like spyware or a home page hijacker.

Run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

"bsx5.dll" is a noted component of a browser parasite. AdAware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) or Spybot Search & Destroy
(http://security.kolla.de/) should be able to help get rid of this.
