I get the error message"The specified I/O operation on
\Device\HarddiskO\DRO was not completed before the tine-
out period expired." I get this message when I try to
change any of the Desktop properties, such as changing
resolution or wallpaper and the computer locks-up. I
also get this message often when working in a program and
I must close and re-open the program to finish the task.
This problem started when I upgraded from Me to XP. What
is the fix?
