error message: I need ResXX\McShield.dll

Please help - I get this message whenever I try to open a pdf file, and also
on start-up. It is contained in a small window that is titled Common Shell.
I cannot open or download any pdf files at all. Please help!

The McShield file is from McAfee.

I will scan for Viruses from other Vendor other than McAfee and scan for
malwares on this machine, you are infected or the shell damaged and causing
this error:
