error message halts repair install

After replacing my mainboard and attempting to do the in-place repair
install, I get the following error message:

unregmp2.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GETIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.DLL.

The installation won't go beyond this point. Any alternative to a clean
install?

Hey man,

he's got the solution, you have to hit Shift+F10 that brings up the
cmd prompt, then run Taskmgr (task manager) and then go to processes
and end that process. Thank god for that guy.
