Error Message from Clippy

Hi, recently my Outlook XP has lost some functionality.
I used to be able to click the To: box next to the
address field when sending emails and see a list of my
contact, now when I do that I receive the error
message "Could not complete this operation because the
service provider does not support it." What is wrong
with my MS Outlook installation? Ive search the
knowledge base and have come up with nothing.

Something has happened to the Outlook Address Book service. Click
Tools>-E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. If the Outlook Address Book isn't there, add it. If it is
there, select it and click Remove. Stop and restart Outlook. Go back to
that point and add the service in again. Finally, make sure it's enabled
for your Contacts folder by right-clicking on Contacts, choosing Properties,
then the Outlook Address Book tab. Make sure the "Show this folder..." box
is checked.
