error message dll

when i close down i get a very quick error message "dll initionization
falure" or some thing very simular it comes and goes that quick its hard to
catch any one any thoughts

if application then try reinstalling the software to reload the dll or use
regsvr32 command

if windows then try closing running programs on the background (sysconfig
utility)

times it goes into dick check
