Error Message COOD11CD

when opening an e-mail with a video attachment, i receive
the error message: COOD11CD

the video attachtment cannot be viewed with this error.

please help me. i am running windows XP Professional

Have you tried saving the attachment to your hard drive and playing it from
there instead of from within the email message?

The Error 0xC00D11CD is a "general" error message....
