folowing message appears

X There is no disk in the drive
Pleaseinsert a disk into drive/Device/Harddisk/DR12
this is a new computer and the most recent thing that was
done was that a cd was copied using Nero Express and then
it was played back using windows media player. Has
anyoone got any idea how to fix this problem?
