error message after I shut down on IE

IE tells me it has to shut down after I shut it down.

You need to provide more information about the problem. Also post IE
questions to the internet explorer newsgroup and say what version of IE. I
have also included a link to an article on how to make a good newsgroup
post, so you can help the people in that newsgroup to help you.
