Error message accessing Help & Support on my computer 2147143679 when I use
Start/Help & Support. Went around in circles on Windows, also IBM Support.
 
Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

It doesn't sound as though your problem's related to that.
