error message 800C0008

What does this mean? I listen to streaming radio and
suddenly my fav station won't stream. I get this error
message "800C0008" what is the problem?
 
Check the music online database it has a list of all the
drives for the database all the hex codes and everything.

A Google search explained the error as - "A connection reset error", but n
explanation as to what causes them. May have something to do with th
station's broadcast.
